YOUR ROLE 

In this position, you will join the Global Sales Upskilling Team that belongs to the Global Business Development Team, within the Offers & Solutions direction.

Sales Upskilling is our CEVA internal training organization dedicated to our entire Business Development community composed of +2000 salespeople (field sales, key account managers, sales managers etc…) located in our 5 Regions.

The Sales Upskilling Manager designs, deploys and continuously improves global sales learning solutions to develop sales competencies across CEVA’s Business Development community.
The role translates strategic upskilling priorities into concrete, high‑quality learning experiences and ensures consistent global execution across regions and sales roles.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:

Design & Deployment of Sales Learning Solutions

  • Design, manage and deploy global sales training programs (hard skills, soft skills, product and process trainings) across regions and roles.
  • As a facilitator, lead live trainings, support virtual and classroom sessions, and ensure high‑quality learner experience.

E‑Learning & Content Management

  • Own the development, adaptation and maintenance of e‑learning content, learning materials and assessments in MyLearning (online e learning platform)
  • Ensure content consistency, relevance and regular updates in collaboration with Product, Sales Excellence and subject matter experts.

Training Plan & Operational Excellence

  • Contribute to the global training plan, manage deployment timelines and coordinate registration, reporting and follow‑up processes.
  • Monitor participation, feedback and learning effectiveness, proposing improvements and new initiatives...Onboarding & Capability Development

Onboarding & Capability Development

  • Design and continuously improve global sales onboarding journeys to accelerate time‑to‑performance for new sales colleagues.
  • Support competence assessments and certification initiatives where applicable.

Innovation & AI‑Driven Learning

  • Actively contribute to AI‑based training development (e.g. AI pitch tools, Synthesia snack video learning, micro‑learning formats on Rise articulate etc.…).
  • Pilot new learning approaches and formats to increase engagement and business impact.

Collaboration & Community Animation

  • Work closely with regional upskilling teams, Sales Excellence, HR/L&D and Product stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Animate the global sales learning community and contribute to knowledge sharing and best‑practice exchange

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?

  • 5 years of higher education
  • +10 years working experience either in HR, consultative company, marketing, product management or in education or a startup could be also a good candidate.
  • Interested in developing people and making them grow within their job
  • Similar experience ideally acquired within a training department or a training organization, which has allowed you to prove your autonomy, your rigor, as well as your reactivity
  • Tech-savvy and at ease with digital learning tools.

  • Has an idea of selling services & know how to explain the value 

     

  • Fluent in English. 

     

  • Autonomous, able to get easily self-learning to learn quicky new content & vocabulary/aera of business

     

  • Good communicator and able to work efficiently remotely (most of our meetings will have to be done through Teams)
