The IT Portfolio, Investment & Value Senior Manager is accountable for ensuring that IT demand, investments, and portfolios are governed as an integrated system, enabling fact-based decision-making and maximizing enterprise value from technology spend.
The role oversees four areas:
- PPM Platform Ownership – operating the enterprise PPM solutions as strategic products that enables demand intake, investment governance, portfolio optimization, and value transparency. It includes Product Ownership and R&M activities for Orchestra, Jira and Monday.com, considering that the tools used might evolve in the future
- Demand & Investment Governance – defining and enforcing a consistent demand qualification and investment decision process to ensure that only initiatives with clear strategic alignment and value enter the IT portfolio
- IT Portfolio & Value Management – actively managing the IT initiative portfolio to optimize value delivery, capacity utilization, risk exposure, and benefits realization.
- Group Mutualization – partner with the Group CIO Office to align portfolio and investment governance processes, enable Group-level consolidation and transparency of the IT project portfolio, and actively drive synergies, standardization, and value creation across entities
Positioned within the CIO Office, the role provides leadership with clear visibility on where IT invests, why it invests, and what value is being delivered, while ensuring that governance, data, and tooling collectively support outcome-driven portfolio decisions.
The role does not own project or program execution. Instead, it ensures that delivery organizations and PMOs operate with a clear investment mandate, measurable value expectations, and reliable portfolio data, enabled by robust PPM capabilities.

- Enforce governance outcomes, ensuring that only approved, value-justified initiatives proceed into delivery
3. IT Portfolio & Value Management
- Maintain an enterprise-wide view of the IT initiative and project portfolio across all domains and delivery models
- Monitor portfolio performance across value delivery, financials, risks, dependencies, and capacity utilization
- Enable portfolio-level trade-offs, including prioritization, re-scoping, deferral, acceleration, or termination of initiatives
- Track and report on benefits realization and outcome delivery at portfolio level, beyond project closure
- Provide executive-level portfolio insights and forward-looking analyses to support strategic and investment decisions
4. Group Mutualization
- Actively partner with the Group CIO Office to align IT portfolio, investment, and value management processes with Group-level standards and expectations
- Contribute to the definition and adoption of common portfolio governance frameworks, metrics, and reporting across entities to enable consolidation and comparability
