Job Purpose :
Provide support to Sales Strategy & M&A Director in the daily tasks (e.g. preparation of presentations for meetings) and long-run tasks (analysis of a particular M&A target or market trend for a particular sector or customer). This encompasses support to guide strategic decisions at headquarter level.
Key Accountabilities
- Participate to meetings related to BD/Sales Strategy and M&A
- Prepare presentations for strategic meetings of CCO or Director
- Provide support for the BD organization: BD MBR, BD townhall, CEO call, customer events
- Create BD-related documents: org chart, customer presentations
- Run analysis on customers for CMA request (financials, opportunities, relationship status)
- Run analysis of target companies for M&A (financials, business model, synergies, deal rationale…)
- Support process of Due Diligence during M&A operations
