YOUR ROLE

You will join the Business Control department and will be responsible for supporting the team in budget monitoring, financial control and improving management processes. You will play an active role in analysing financial data and implementing optimisation solutions.

WHAT WILL YOUR TASKS BE?

• Monthly monitoring of internal rebilling controls to ensure compliance and accuracy of data.
• Verification and management of costs incurred by certain strategic departments of the company.
• Reallocating missing or incorrect costs to ensure the reliability of financial information.
• Helping to optimise reporting and financial analysis tools.
• Working with the IT and HR teams to streamline data exchanges and improve cross-functional processes.
• Contributing to one-off projects linked to financial performance or the transformation of management tools.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Degree required: Bac +4 / Bac +5 (Master 1 or 2 - Business School or university equivalent);
• Field of study: Corporate finance, management control, auditing, accounting;
• Experience in the field: Initial experience in finance (internship or work-study) is desirable; Very good command of Excel;
• Knowledge of OneStream and VBA is a plus;
• Fluency with figures, rigour in data processing;
• Ability to structure and present financial analyses;
• English : Fluent (written, spoken) - used in daily exchanges with international teams;
• French: C2 level required if international student;
• Other language: A second language is a plus but not compulsory;
