Internship - Partnership Agreement Controller

YOUR ROLE


You join the Global Alliance & Partnership department. You contribute to the analysis, administrative and financial monitoring, and implementation of partnership agreements signed with shipowners, aiming to develop and optimize service quality.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?


Reporting to the Head of Partnership Agreements:

You understand and ensure proper application of various types of partnership agreements to anticipate financial and operational impacts.
You monitor allocations (surcharges, space imbalances) and produce regular reports to ensure compliance and efficiency.
You conduct statistical studies related to contracts, analyze data, and develop management tools for activity tracking.
You verify consistency between contracts and operational realities.
You advise departments on contract interpretation and execution, share information, coordinate actions, and work with support services to ensure optimal daily follow-up.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (final year) in finance, economics, business control, or attending a business/engineering school.
You have a first experience in business control or audit (internship, apprenticeship, or entry-level job).
You are proficient in office tools, especially Excel (advanced functions).
You have strong financial and operational analytical skills.
You are organized, autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable working with various internal and external stakeholders.
You are fluent in English and communicate effectively in both French and English.
