YOUR ROLE
The Group Transformation team drives CEVA’s strategic programs and monitors the overall performance of the Transformation portfolio (Finance, HR, productivity initiatives, savings plan, etc.). We are looking for an intern to join the Control Tower team, which acts as the central hub for monitoring, analyzing, and steering the Group’s strategic initiatives. This internship offers direct exposure to the C-Level Executive Committee and Management Team, within a team composed of former top-tier strategy consultants. It is an ideal entry point into the world of strategy consulting–type challenges, with similar opportunities for learning, problem-solving, and high-level impact.
WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO
- Support the design and roll-out of the Transformation cockpit (KPIs, reporting, dashboards).
- Consolidate and analyze data from Finance, HR, and Transformation programs.
- Prepare strategic analyses, executive presentations, and synthesis materials for the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and other members of the Management Team.
- Contribute to the governance framework: supporting data collection from PMOs, structuring processes, and tracking updates.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects (benchmarking, cross-functional analyses, workshop preparation).
ABOUT YOU
- Final-year student from a top business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program with a focus on management, strategy, finance, or data.
- Strong analytical and structuring skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and deliver actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, Qlik, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Team-oriented, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English (working language of the Group).
Why join us:
- Work closely with the C-Level leadership team of a global company.
- Be part of a team of former strategy consultants, offering coaching, mentoring, and consulting-style ways of working.
- Face challenges and opportunities highly comparable to those in leading strategy consulting firms, while experiencing the inside view of corporate transformation.
- Develop strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills with concrete impact on the Group’s transformation.
As a global organization, and as part of the CMA CGM Group, diversity is critical to our business success; only when we can reflect the cultures, languages, behaviors and local knowledge of our customers, we can succeed. By employing people with different experiences and abilities, we expand our knowledge and increase our creativity and innovation.
Please note: Legitimate CEVA Logistics recruitment processes include communication with candidates through recognized professional networks, such as LinkedIn or via an official company email address: firstname.lastname@cevalogistics.com. We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited business propositions and/or offers from people with whom you are unfamiliar.
