The Group Transformation team leads CEVA’s strategic programs and oversees the overall performance of the transformation portfolio (Finance, HR, productivity initiatives, savings plan, etc.). We are looking for an intern to join the Control Tower team, which serves as the central hub for monitoring, analyzing, and steering the Group’s strategic initiatives.
This internship provides direct exposure to the C-Level Executive Committee and the Management Team, within a team composed of former top-tier strategy consultants. It is an excellent entry point into the world of strategy consulting, offering similar opportunities in terms of learning, problem-solving, and high-level impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and roll-out of the Transformation cockpit (KPIs, reporting, dashboards).
- Consolidate and analyze data from Finance, HR, and Transformation programs.
- Prepare strategic analyses, executive presentations, and synthesis materials for the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and other members of the Management Team.
- Support the governance framework: assisting with data collection from project managers, structuring processes, and tracking updates.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects (benchmarking, cross-functional analyses, workshop preparation).
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Education: Final-year student from a top business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program, with a specialization in management, strategy, finance, or data.
Technical Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, Qlik, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong analytical and structuring abilities, with the capacity to synthesize complex information and deliver actionable insights. Team-oriented, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
