Your Role:

The Sales Data & Process Manager is responsible for designing, coordinating, and supporting the implementation of key transversal data processes that underpin sales solutions.

This includes ensuring the quality, consistency, and governance of customer master data, while leading the definition and rollout of authoring, parenting, and solution support processes. Operating at the intersection of business, data, and IT, the Expert provides critical process and data expertise to enable scalable, compliant, and value-driven BD operations.

 

What are going to do:

  • Define and implement governance standards and processes for managing customer data across systems.
  • Ensure alignment of customer data practices with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • Design and roll out standardized authoring and parenting processes for customer and opportunity data
  • Ensure integration of data processes with key BD solutions and CRM platforms
  • Drive adoption of new processes through communication, training, and stakeholder alignment
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, workflows, and ownership models.
  • Monitor process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT and business users to resolve process and data-related issues. 

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ yrs experience in data governance / management, or process design
  • Experience implementing customer data processes in a large, complex organization
  • Strong knowledge of customer master data, governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Strong facilitation, documentation, and training skills
  • Able to translate technical data topics into business terms
  • C1 level in English
