YOUR ROLE

 

Based in Truganina, VIC, the Communications & Marketing Senior Specialist plays a key role in strengthening CEVA Logistics’ reputation across the Pacific region, including Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

 

Reporting to the APAC Head of Communications and Marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across the business to deliver impactful communications and marketing initiatives that support business growth, brand reputation and employee engagement.

 

This role combines strategic communications, campaign delivery and content creation, supporting regional leadership and business teams through high-quality storytelling, events and integrated marketing initiatives.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Specifically, you will:

 

  • Implement communications strategies that align with CEVA’s global priorities and support activities across the Pacific region.
  • Lead and support communications campaigns related to business initiatives, internal culture and regional projects.
  • Develop and execute communication plans tailored to Pacific markets in alignment with global strategy.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events and traditional media channels.
  • Support lead generation and product awareness initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Create engaging marketing and communication materials including websites, presentations, brochures and digital content.
  • Provide marketing insights and intelligence to support regional business priorities.
  • Support internal engagement initiatives including leadership communications, internal campaigns and employee events.
  • Provide strategic communications support to regional leadership including speech writing, event messaging and media preparation.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Our ideal candidate is a creative and commercially aware communications professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. You’ll also have:

 

  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns across digital, social media, events and traditional channels.
  • Strong writing and editing capability with the ability to tailor content for varied audiences.
  • Experience producing high-quality communication materials including internal announcements, presentations and media content.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating marketing and communications events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and supporting leadership communications.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools including CMS platforms, social media and email marketing systems.
  • A qualification in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field will be highly regarded.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
