WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
- Lead the regional implementation and oversight of CEVA’s Ethics & Compliance framework, ensuring alignment with Group standards and control requirements.
- Monitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, including anti-bribery and corruption, modern slavery, sanctions, trade compliance and data protection.
- Provide strategic, risk-based advice to the Pacific Managing Director and senior leaders to support ethical decision-making.
- Oversee and manage investigations and Speak Up matters, ensuring independence, procedural fairness and effective remediation.
- Lead third-party and M&A due diligence activities, identifying integrity risks and implementing mitigation measures.
- Design and deliver risk-based monitoring, reporting and training initiatives to assess program effectiveness and reinforce accountability.
- Drive awareness and communication initiatives to embed a strong culture of integrity across the region.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate brings deep experience in Ethics & Compliance, Risk or Governance within a multinational or highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing Ethics & Compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven capability managing investigations, regulatory matters and remediation actions.
- Strong working knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, trade compliance, competition law, data protection and human rights frameworks.
- Experience advising senior leaders and influencing complex stakeholder groups.
- The ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and convert them into practical policies, controls and guidance.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with strong professional judgement and integrity.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (LLB desirable but not essential).
