YOUR ROLE
Based at our Truganina VIC office, the Key Account Coordinator – Relocations supports the coordination of vehicle transport across Australia for our relocation company customers and their end customers.
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you’ll manage customer requests from initial enquiry and quotation through to booking, delivery and completion. Movements may include cars, caravans, boats, jet skis and other approved vehicles.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
- Receive and review vehicle relocation requests from customers
- Confirm vehicle, collection, delivery, timing, access and customer requirements
- Ask the right questions to clarify incomplete or complex requests
- Work with internal teams to confirm transport options and service feasibility
- Obtain pricing and prepare accurate customer quotations
- Enter accepted bookings into CEVA’s transport management system
- Coordinate vehicle movements through to delivery and booking completion
- Keep relocation companies and end customers informed throughout the process
- Follow up delays, changes, service issues and missing information
- Support customer reporting, issue resolution and broader account activities.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll have experience in customer service, administration, coordination or operational support, ideally within logistics and supply chain, transport, automotive, removals, fleet or freight forwarding. You’ll also have:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing multiple requests and changing priorities
- Confidence asking questions and following up missing information
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and business systems
- The ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes
- A practical understanding of domestic transport or logistics operations
- The ability to build effective relationships with customers, internal teams and service providers
- A calm, organised and proactive approach to resolving service issues.
Experience with transport or booking systems, customer quotations, vehicle logistics or Australian metro and regional geography will be highly regarded.
In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
