  • Support site teams in conducting and completing Kaizen or improvement activities and ensure progress is tracked, reported, and sustained.
  • Guide operations teams to apply CEVA’s operational model and achieve SCA/TCA standards through assessment and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with site leaders to develop and maintain performance measurements aligned with CEVA KPIs, and support improvements to customer performance metrics.

  • Support documentation and standardisation of work instructions, templates, and audit compliance.
  • Provide expertise in continuous improvement, data analysis, and CEVA methodologies to enhance site productivity and quality.
  • Utilise network modelling, AutoCAD, and simulation tools to design and optimise logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Solution Design teams to ensure operational data and process models accurately support commercial proposals.
  • Facilitate workshops and formal improvement projects, acting as a coach and change advocate across the region.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics and supply chain, or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a continuous improvement, industrial engineering or process optimisation role within logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
  • Experience identifying and delivering efficiency gains through workflow, layout or system changes and quantifying benefits through data analysis and financial evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess current process performance and develop evidence-based improvement plans.
  • Competence in MS Excel and modelling tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Visio or simulation software) to support process design, layout optimisation and capacity planning.
  • Ability to interpret data trends, calculate ROI and payback for improvement initiatives, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Familiar with continuous improvement frameworks and performance measurement (KPIs, throughput analysis, time studies).
  • Confident communicator able to translate technical analysis into clear operational recommendations.
  • Builds credibility and influences stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Self-motivated team player who works collaboratively to deliver change.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
