YOUR ROLE
As a Property Manager in our Real Estate team based at Truganina VIC, you’ll help oversee CEVA’s property portfolio across the Pacific region, ensuring every site supports operational excellence, safety, and long-term value.
Reporting to the General Manager – Commercial, Property and Security, you’ll manage industrial leases, optimise facility performance, and support CEVA’s broader real estate strategy through expert advice, financial analysis and market insight.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
- Manage CEVA’s leased and owned properties to meet operational, financial and compliance requirements
- Source, negotiate and execute new industrial leases, renewals and extensions in line with company policy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, agents and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate maintenance, capital works and make-good projects through internal and external partners
- Review property budgets, rent schedules and outgoings to ensure accuracy and alignment with forecasts
- Advise operational leaders on property suitability, capacity planning and site optimisation
- Ensure all real estate activity meets CEVA’s governance, statutory and HS&E requirements.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You’re an experienced commercial or industrial property professional who thrives on balancing commercial insight with operational delivery. To succeed, you’ll also have:
- Proven experience managing commercial or industrial property portfolios
- Strong understanding of lease structures, commercial terms and compliance obligations
- Experience negotiating leases and managing landlord or agent relationships
- Knowledge of property financials, rent schedules, outgoings and capital projects
- Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and communication skills.
In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
