- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for defined entry-level and lower-complexity roles, from advertising and screening through to offers and onboarding
- Conduct candidate screening calls, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication and prepare recruitment updates
- Coordinate medical assessments, police checks, references, right-to-work verification and other pre-employment requirements
- Provide recruitment invoicing, learning administration and first-level employee lifecycle support while maintaining accurate, audit-ready information in CEVA systems

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a service-focused approach to supporting candidates, employees and managers
- Confidence using applicant tracking systems, HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Experience recruiting entry-level roles, supporting casual-to-permanent conversions or working within logistics, transport, warehousing or labour hire environments will be highly regarded. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors would also be advantageous.
