This pivotal role in the Operations Control department offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the seamless management of logistics operations while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction across North America.
As a Customer Excellence Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive review and follow-up of invoices received from CEVA's foreign offices. Your role will involve identifying and resolving discrepancies related to billing, enabling reduction of customer rejections and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in maintaining high-quality invoicing processes.
You will also be accountable for the monitoring, timely follow-up, and precise entry of critical operational documents and references in systems such as Pegase and LINK, supporting operational efficiency and the timely progression of logistics workflows. Your attention to detail will be vital in preserving consistency in data management across the division.
Managing event data within the CW1 platform will be a key responsibility, including the tracking of expected and actual events, recording reason codes, and identifying deviations. This requires close collaboration with CEVA’s international offices to ensure real-time, accurate record-keeping and prompt resolution of any operational challenges, contributing to seamless cargo movement and customer satisfaction.
Handling sensitive and confidential information forms a core aspect of your duties, including the transmission of import seizure notifications to US and Canadian customs authorities. Ensuring compliance with cross-border regulations and facilitating efficient customs clearance processes will be critical components of your role, demonstrating your commitment to regulatory adherence and operational excellence.
Generating customer invoices derived from CW1 and other specified platforms used by CEVA’s international partners will demand precision, strict adherence to client requirements, and timely communication. You will maintain open and professional channels for resolving invoice discrepancies and addressing customer queries effectively, reinforcing CEVA’s reputation for reliability and client care.
Your contributions will extend to the production and meticulous evaluation of monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to your operational areas. You will prepare and present detailed performance reports to CEVA’s foreign offices, offering insights that support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Creating and maintaining tailored operational reports for customers will enhance transparent stakeholder communication and foster strong client relationships. You will also be responsible for updating and enhancing process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they accurately reflect current practices and facilitate consistent operations across teams.
Delivering responsive and courteous customer service by managing communications, especially through email, will be fundamental in upholding CEVA's commitment to exceptional client care. Your excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English will help bridge interactions between internal teams and international partners effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and multitasking abilities, proficiency with logistics and invoicing software platforms, and relevant experience within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals eager to develop their careers within a global logistics leader committed to innovation, collaboration, and inclusive workplace values.
CEVA is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where all employees are valued and supported. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and encourage candidates who are passionate about logistics excellence and professional growth to join our team.
