Requisitos del perfil: 

• Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Internacional, Logística, o afines. 
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en operaciones aéreo - marítimas de importación y exportación
• Nivel de inglés intermedio - avanzado (B2)
• Manejo de Office (Excel indispensanble)

Responsabilidades:

• Asegurar una comunicación efectiva con el cliente interno y externo a través de sus conocimiento basicos y de soporte de nivel avanzado
• Revisar, completar y procesar la documentación que se requiera para procesar un embarque de importación o exportación marítima o aerea. 
• Activación de embarques a la importación,  esto implica la revision de tarifas de compra y venta,  revisión de itinerarios en base la fecha en que este lista la carga y comunicación efectiva con la oficina de origen. 
• Una vez que la carga zarpe, seguimiento puntual al pre-alerta  incluyendo la revisión de la documentación completa del embarque. 
• Activación de embarques a la exportación, de acuerdo a lo que necesita el cliente, revisando tarifarios, incoterm,  itinerarios y activación de la TOM en sistema para el area operativa. 
• Presentación mensual de KPI's al cliente.
• Manejar puntualmente el forecast y el allocation de cada cuenta de acuerdo al Rate Card y desarrollo de nuevo lanes o servicios adicionales que el cliente requiera. 
• Identificar e implementar áreas de mejora en el proceso del manejo de las cuentas. 
• Creación de  C-quotes para embarques  SPOTS-  y revisar en conjunto con ventas y pricing  la vigencia de los contratos con los carriers.
• Seguimiento de  SOP y actualización del mismo cuando sea necesario.
