OBJECTIVE:
Manage assigned activities/accounts in accordance with established processes and in line with the company's mission and values. Achieve the company's objectives in a healthy working environment, fostering positive relationships with other departments and foreign offices.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
1. Review and follow up on invoices from CEVA's foreign offices and analyse them to reduce customer rejections.
2. Monitor, follow up on and enter the documents and references of the assigned accounts in Pegase or LINK in a timely manner.
3. Monitor and follow up on the entry of events (expected and actual), reason codes and deviations from CEVA's foreign offices in a timely manner.
4. Send information on import seizures to U.S. and/or Canadian customs.
5. Generate invoices for external customers from CW1 or the platform indicated by the internal customer (CEVA foreign office).
6. Produce and evaluate monthly KPIs on activities and present them to CEVA's foreign offices.
7. Create operational reports for customers.
8. Update process descriptions (SOPs).
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s DegreeInternational Business, Business Administration, or related
- LanguageEnglishB2 level

Required:
Minimum 1 year: Computer skills, Microsoft Office package
Desirable:
Minimum 1 year: Administration and/or basic knowledge of Foreign Trade
