We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Senior Manager to join our organization. This role is strategic in ensuring the proper oversight of company processes, as well as guaranteeing regulatory compliance and the maintenance of the certifications required to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting and coordinating a dedicated team, the role will include:

  • Managing and developing the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Ensuring the level of operational quality required by clients
  • Evaluating and defining company processes
  • Defining and monitoring Quality and Environmental objectives
  • Overseeing performance control and KPI management, including implementation in company systems
  • Planning and optimizing logistics processes (needs analysis, route definition, delivery efficiency strategies)
  • Driving environmental and sustainability initiatives
  • Managing internal and external audits
  • Handling non-conformities and claims, including root cause analysis
  • Acting as a key interface with clients and suppliers on Quality and Environmental matters
  • Supporting tenders, RFQs, questionnaires, and customer satisfaction activities
  • Managing claims processes, including reporting, analysis, and coordination with insurance companies, clients, and legal department

Requirements
Given the complexity and cross-functional scope of the role, we are seeking a candidate with solid and proven experience in similar positions, strong leadership skills, and the ability to operate in a dynamic and structured environment.
