Customs Clerk

Your Role:

Support the customs department.

What You'll be Doing:

• Record and or distribute shipments to agents.
• Verify client accounts.
• Verify the list of LVS (Low value shipments), record and or distribute.
• Classify documents in computer archive system.
• Comply with CEVA's established procedures within required time limits, including ISO norms. 
• Communicate, without delay, information or problems, to the immediate supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or academic equivalent, and work experience is required.  
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent in English both orally and written
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer service
• Ability to manage stress
• Attention to details
