JOB TITLE: AGENT – RECEPTION/EXPEDITION

LOCATION: MONTREAL (CANADA)     

PRINCIPLE MISSION:

Coordinate the activities of the warehouse to ensure quick, efficient, and courteous customer service at the best price for the company and clients. Keep clients informed of the status of their shipments

Responsabilities:

• Understand and follow ISO warehouse procedures.
• Process client orders according to instructions.
• Perform data entry in the operational system.
• Bill clients, ensuring that all charges for services rendered are included.
• Follow-up on incomplete orders.
• Contact transport suppliers for pickup or delivery.
• Prepare documentation related to the transport.
• Filing.
• Manage the inventory or verification of inventory.
• Other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Profile:

For all levels, a high school diploma and 1-3 years in the transport industry, namely warehousing, with exposure to customer service.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office. Fully fluent in French and English both oral and written and ability to communicate clearly. Sense of urgency, team player, precise with attention to detail, and  speed of execution are all competencies required.

MISSION PRINCIPALE :

Coordonner les activités de l'entrepôt afin d'assurer un service à la clientèle rapide, efficace et courtois au meilleur prix pour l'entreprise et les clients. Tenir les clients informés de l'état de leurs expéditions

Responsabilités:

• Connaître et respecter les procédures ISO de l’entrepôt.
• Recevoir les instructions/bons de commande des clients et saisir les commandes.
• Performer la saisie de données dans le système opérationnel.
• Facturer les clients en s’assurant de bien vérifier que toutes les charges pour les services donnés sont incluses.
• Faire le suivi des commandes non-complétées.
• Contacter les fournisseurs de transports pour cueillette ou livraison.
• Préparer la documentation relative aux transports.
• Effectuer le classement des dossiers.
• Gérer la vérification ou la prise d’inventaire.
• Autres tâches assignées par le superviseur immédiat.

Profil:

Un Diplôme d’Études Secondaires (DES) et 1 à 3 années d’expérience dans le domaine du transport en milieu d’entrepôt et avoir été exposé au service à la clientèle.

Maîtrise de l’environnement MS Office. Maîtrise du Français et Anglais tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral et apte à communiquer clairement. Précision et bon sens de l’urgence. Esprit d’équipe, précision, attention aux détails et rapidité d’exécution.
