YOUR ROLE

 To assist the Staffing Manager with the coordination of contingent labor resources for one of CEVAs largest operations in North America located in Mt. Juliet, TN.  

 The Staffing Coordinator will interface with multiple temporary agencies who provide on-site staffing services for local CEVA operations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Coordinate the order fulfillment process to meet all staffing needs for the company
  • Liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner
  • Allocate job orders and monitor the status of active job openings and terminations
  • Facilitate procedures after hiring regarding employee assignment, orientation, training, etc.
  • Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training schedules
  • Reconcile open orders by allocating employees into appropriate shifts and positions
  • Engage in regular communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders at all levels within the company
  • Provide accurate reports to the leadership team relating to staffing, openings or agency use
  • Throughout the hiring process, follow-up and apprise the hiring managers of activity on all open requisitions
  • Perform audits on all requisitions to ensure all required information is complete
  • Collect, compile and analyze data, metrics and statistics and utilize this data to generate reports and make recommendations

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • 2+ years of proven experience in staffing, recruiting or similar positon required
  • Proficient with SmartSheet application for the purpose of building & maintaining sheets, reports and dashboards.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced knowledge/experience in Excel a must
  • Analytical, capable of developing and managing related reports and metrics
  • Outstanding organizational skills with acute attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • General knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
  • Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
  • Four year college degree preferred but not required
