Global Solution Design Senior Specialist

Join CEVA Logistics India Private Limited as a Global Solution Design Senior Specialist within our Core Transversal Functions division, based at our Mumbai Branch. We are looking for an experienced professional in our Solution Design department to contribute to the development and optimisation of innovative logistics solutions across our global operations.

About the Role

As a Global Solution Design Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping end-to-end logistics solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients. Your expertise will directly support CEVA's commitment to delivering efficient, scalable, and sustainable Contract Logistics services worldwide. This position offers an opportunity to engage with cross-functional teams and leverage cutting-edge technologies to design customised solutions that drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive logistics solutions aligned with global standards and tailored to specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, IT, and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyse customer supply chains to identify potential areas for optimisation and innovation through advanced solution design.
• Develop detailed solution documentation, including process flows, system specifications, and integration points.
• Support proposal development and participate in client presentations to demonstrate solution capabilities and added value.
• Mentor junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and capacity building within the Solution Design team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory compliances affecting logistics and supply chain operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in logistics solution design or a related role within contract logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on designing efficient, customer-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders across geographies.
• Familiarity with logistics technologies, warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and automation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Educational qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related discipline are desirable.
