As a Global Solution Design Senior Specialist at CEVA Logistics India Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing innovative logistics solutions that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction on a global scale. You will work within the Core Transversal Functions division, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across various markets and operational contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable logistics solutions tailored to customer requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments such as Operations, IT, Sales, and Customer Service to develop holistic and effective solutions.
• Conduct thorough analysis of客户需求, industry trends, and emerging technologies to provide forward-looking design recommendations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of solution design methodologies, tools, and standards within the organization.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members and act as a subject matter expert in logistics solution design.
• Support business development by participating in proposal creation, presentations, and customer engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices throughout all solution design activities.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet internal and external expectations efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Extensive experience in logistics, supply chain management, or contract logistics solution design, preferably within a global or multinational company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into viable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
• Proficiency in project management and design tools relevant to logistics operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and improve operational processes through solution design.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with international stakeholders.
