Inventory Specialist

YOUR ROLE

At CEVA Logistics, we are looking for an Inventory Specialist for our multi-user warehouse in Nieuwegein. By managing and analyzing inventory counts, you maintain oversight to ensure efficient control of our stock. You will prepare, organize, and coordinate the inventory counts carried out by the warehouse team, using our systems and Excel.

You will report on product movements and progress. Any issues that arise, you investigate and proactively resolve. You will also identify opportunities to improve our inventory management processes. This means you will work both in the office and on the warehouse floor, frequently interacting with the office team and Warehouse Operations.

In summary, your responsibilities include:

• Preparing, organizing, and coordinating inventory counts
• Investigating and resolving issues that arise
• Focusing on the quality of warehouse processes
• Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
• Reporting on inventory movements.

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

You will be working at our multi-user warehouse in Nieuwegein, where you will be dedicated to one of our industrial clients. Together with the Contract Supervisor, to whom you will report, you ensure that the warehouse occupancy remains within the limits by organizing the inventory efficiently. You will be part of a driven and professional environment, with plenty of room for teamwork, fun, and connection.

In addition, you bring the following knowledge and experience:

• An MBO diploma in Logistics
• Work experience within warehousing, with a focus on inventory control
• Strong Excel skills, including familiarity with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• The ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.

Additionally, as an Inventory Specialist, you will receive:

• A gross (bruto) salary between € 2.800 and € 3.250 per month (salary depends on your work experience)

• A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position
• Employment conditions according to our own CEVA collective labor agreement (Dutch: cao), including 25 vacation days and 5 additional leave days
• Profit distribution of up to 3% based on positive business results
