YOUR ROLE

The customs runner is responsible for submitting and monitoring files within the customs signature circuit. They ensure the proper delivery of documents to customs authorities and the follow‑up of procedures defined by the group. They also ensure proper management of customs files and communicate and report any information related to the status of these files.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Prepare the documentation package for customs clearance and delivery;
• Carry out customs clearance formalities;
• Carry out delivery release formalities;
• Perform cargo inspection and customs examination;
• Forward the BAE (Bon à Enlever) to the operators;
• Forward the EIR (Equipment Interchange Receipt) to the operators;
• Forward invoices from the various shipping lines to the operators;
• Report any difficulties encountered in the field to the operators to enable them to inform clients in real time.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

QUALIFICATIONS:

BAC+2 in Transport and Logistics.

EXPERIENCE:

2 and 3 years in Transit and Logistics

SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Mastery of the customs clearance cycle for a file;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Flexible working hours;
• Reporting skills.
