Responsible for supporting the pricing transformation of the Ground & Rail product line by:
- Supporting & evolving the analytical capability and improving existing tools and processes to enhance both solution design and business profitability.
- Assisting in the design and implementation of country-specific profitability/cost models and pricing dashboards to provide visibility on customer and shipment-level performance.
- Support & maintenance of analytical models to:

- Support deep analysis on contract, transactional, and operational data.
- Analyze deviations between expected and actual results.
- Identify and analyze revenue leakages (rates, accessorials, surcharges).
- Collaborating with central, regional, and local teams (finance, pricing, procurement, operations) to ensure data integrity, adapt tools to country-specific needs, and promote the adoption and sustainability of pricing solutions.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Establish a framework to properly monitor, forecast, and track ancillary/accessorial charges across all regions
- Improve the reliability and accuracy of profitability results and data quality within G&R
- Support the development of Power BI dashboards and automated reports based on internal data outputs to analyze customer profitability from multiple perspectives (e.g., by weight, region, and service type).
- Work with financial data sources to ensure consistency and alignment between operational and financial datasets.
- Support the development of the Dataiku Customer Profitability Model for all regions, providing enhanced visibility into customer-level profitability.
- Forwarding Education
- Supply Chain, Lean, Engineering or Transportation training – be it specific theoretical and practical training or ‘on the job' training
- Min. 2 years experience in Transport operations related activity, or in Lean/continuous Improvements or PMO
- Knowledge of Transport operations and Freight Management operations
- Good analytics capabilities & problem-solving skills.
- Planning, time management, collaboration, decision-making, organization, presentation, influencing skills.
- Good Excel Skills (multiple tables, formulas)
Desirable
- Experience in managing Transport related continuous improvements and/or IT projects
- Knowledge and experience with process engineering and improvement methodologies
- Power BI & Other Business Intelligence Tools
- Excel Macros
- Solutions Design Optimization Tools (sover, XCARGO, Paragon)
- TMS evolution experience
- RFP process management & vendor selection experiences
- Multimodal Transport
