YOUR ROLE

 

 

The Internal Control department of CEVA Logistics is looking for an Internal Controller whose role will be to contribute to the development and management of Internal Control on a global scale. In direct contact with the financial and operational management at Global head office, the entities and the regional internal controlling teams.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Participating in general or limited internal control reviews, audit follow-up, and assisting with the implementation of audit recommendations;
  • Contributing to process improvement in France and abroad;
  • Participating in the annual self-assessment campaign of key controls and supporting entities in implementing corrective actions to address major deficiencies;
  • Assisting in drafting and updating internal control policies and procedures;
  • Regularly raising awareness among employees on internal control topics;
  • Participating in any other mission requested by the Finance management (specific reviews, securing post fraud controls, thematic reviews).

A travel rate of approximately 50% is expected.

 

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

 

  • Master’s degree (Business school, IEP, engineering school), ideally with a qualification such as DESCF, CIA, or DPAI.
  • 3–4 years of experience in an audit firm or as an internal controller / internal auditor or in a finance department close to operations.
  • Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Required skills: rigor, autonomy, strong sense of ethics and integrity, flexibility/adaptability, good interpersonal skills, teaching ability, solid knowledge of accounting and financial techniques.
  • Fluent English required.
