Job Purpose
Supportare le attività amministrative e operative della gestione flotta, garantendo la corretta gestione documentale, il rispetto delle scadenze e l’efficienza dei processi legati ai driver e ai mezzi.
Key Responsibilities
- Gestire la documentazione relativa ai processi di assunzione dei driver
- Preparare e verificare la documentazione di trasporto (es. DDT, documenti di consegna, ecc.)
- Monitorare scadenze e rinnovi (patenti, CQC, assicurazioni, revisioni, ecc.)
- Archiviare e mantenere aggiornati i documenti in formato fisico e digitale
- Supportare le attività amministrative della flotta, assicurando precisione e conformità alle procedure aziendali
Requirements
- Diploma di scuola superiore (preferibilmente in ambito amministrativo/logistico)
- Esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli amministrativi o logistici
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel)
- Precisione, organizzazione e attenzione ai dettagli
- Capacità di gestione delle priorità e rispetto delle scadenze
