Role Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and suppliers on daily operations
• Manage end-to-end customer orders, including documentation and transport bookings in line with service requirements
• Monitor transport execution to ensure compliance with established SOPs and service standards
• Handle customer requests, incidents, and supply chain disruptions in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate operational issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of shipment tracking milestones
• Investigate and resolve missing events and data inconsistencies
• Support reporting processes, KPI tracking, and performance reviews
• Assist in onboarding new suppliers and ensure adherence to operational procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support process enhancements
