Description:

He / She oversees the organization’s processes, quality and continuous improvements topics. This job position is not including the HSE activities. This position ensures policies to target excellence through continuous improvements are applied. This position requires a strong capability to work in an international environment, within a matrixed organization and in strong collaboration within all the team members. This position must maintain the highest level of integrity. 

a) Responsible of Continuous improvement aspects:

  • Ensure the deviations (Irregularities, Claims & Complaints) are well identified and qualified by the operations.

  • Identify and implement potential improvements & opportunities at operational level and customer level.

  • Ensure follow up of ongoing continuous improvement actions.

  • Initiate programs to develop lean operations skills within training, tool, and others.

  • Lead Continuous Improvement workshops for assigned areas.

  • Develop key metrics/initiatives to monitor and capture non added value tasks, deviation from standard process.

  • Coordinate and communicate best practices communication/ implementation.

b) Responsible of quality topics:

  • Support and ensure the updates of operational document (Invoicing, SOP, QAP, …)

  • Ensure well awareness and applying of the PRM Core Process and Customer process.

  • Apply and update the Quality assurance plan for our customer.

  • Support for the 3PL audits.

  • Escalation point for quality and management system topics.

  • Ensure alignment of quality community methodology and processes (N/C, 3PL audit, lean tool…)

c) Application of PRISM management system:

  • Support for PRISM ISO 9001 audit coordination and application.

  • Ensure all risks and N/C are under control.

  • Lead ISO 9001 certification audit for the RUN process.

  • Support PRISM Core team.

  • Support on PRISM management System application and updating.

  • Launch or follow-up RSE initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Experience in management system implementation or maintenance.

  • Green belt certification is a plus.

  • Knowledge in overland, Air and Sea transportation is a plus.

  • Problem solving and continuous improvements experiences.
