YOUR ROLE
The main purpose of this position is to deliver end‑to‑end Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and system integration solutions for CEVA Contract Logistics across North America, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The position is based in the United States, preferably near the CEVA campus in Indianapolis, and involves a combination of remote and on‑site work depending on project requirements.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- The role requires a versatile and proactive individual capable of engaging effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to collect business requirements, translate them into functional solution designs, configure multiple systems, manage testing phases, and deliver complete and high‑quality documentation. The Platform Consultant works closely with cross‑functional internal teams such as Operations, Transportation, Engineering, Implementation, Finance, and IT, as well as with clients, to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions.
- Part of the IT Delivery Transformation Team (NEXTGEN) and contributes directly to the deployment of IT transformation programs aimed at standardizing and modernizing CEVA Contract Logistics platforms in the region.
- Leads requirements‑gathering workshops with internal and external stakeholders in order to define business needs and agree on project scope. It acts as the functional lead during solution design and build phases, serving as a liaison between business teams, project managers, and technical delivery teams. The role is responsible for the configuration and implementation of OMS and WMS solutions, including Manhattan Active MAO and MAWM, in collaboration with Global Product Teams.
- Defines and documents system integrations through detailed paper mapping, ensuring accurate data exchanges between customer systems and CEVA platforms, and contributes to the implementation of integration solutions. The role produces comprehensive functional and technical documentation covering OMS, WMS, Transportation, and integration components in line with CEVA Logistics standards.
- Prepares and executes System Integration Testing to validate end‑to‑end processes and system configuration quality, and supports business users during User Acceptance Testing. It is also responsible for configuring business intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Cognos or Power BI, providing reliable data to support operational and business decision‑making.
- Gathers requirements and designs functional solutions for related applications such as slotting, labor management, or invoicing systems connected to OMS and WMS platforms.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Skills:
- Reports to the Global IT Project Management Senior Manager – Transformation Manager North America and does not include direct or indirect people management responsibilities. Daily collaboration occurs with customers and Contract Logistics operations teams, internal technical teams, and project managers, while regular coordination takes place with the Global Transformation Program teams to align on product roadmap evolution and share best practices.
- Strong background in logistics, supply chain, and IT delivery, with hands‑on experience in OMS and WMS solutions, particularly Manhattan Active. It demands excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional and international environment.
Characteristics:
- Managerial accounting skills, ability to use and explain accounting regulations and demonstrated success in supervising and providing daily guidance and training to staff on A/P accounting and other workflow issues.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions.
