Twój zakres obowiązków:

• Obsługa Klientów Oddziału w zakresie spedycji krajowej 
• Organizowanie operacji transportowych przy zachowaniu ustalonych z Klientem warunków (czas transportu, cena, jakość, itp.) oraz przy zachowaniu norm i procedur obowiązujących w firmie 
• Planowanie dystrybucji 
• Prowadzenie ewidencji realizowanych zleceń 
• Przygotowywanie raportów, zestawień 
• Dbanie o wysoką jakość / terminowość realizowanych zleceń 
• Współpraca z innymi oddziałami firm
  
  

Nasze wymagania:

• Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu i szybkiego reagowania
• Zdolność samodzielnego podejmowania decyzji oraz rozwiązywania problemów  
• Umiejętność dobrej organizacji pracy i wyznaczania priorytetów, systematyczność 
• Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (Excel) 
• Gotowość do pracy zmianowej
• Otwartość i łatwość w komunikacji
  
  

Mile widziane:  

• Znajomość sektora spedycji krajowej 
• Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku będzie dodatkowym atutem
• Wykształcenie o kierunku transport lub logistyka
