YOUR ROLE

Are you ready to play a key part in supporting multiple customers within a fast paced warehouse environment?

At CEVA Logistics, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at Treforest, Cardiff. This is a hands on role and involves managing day to day warehouse activities, ensuring compliance, accuracy and excellent customer service. The shift pattern for the role will be 08:00 - 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00 rotated weekly. 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this role, you will ensure all materials are stored, handled and dispatched safety and in line with customer requirements. Support the warehouse supervisor with daily operational duties, and act as a point of contact for customers ensuring service quality and swift resolution of any issues. Upholding the warehouse image standards are key and working towards the internal KPIs and quality requirements.

You will work closely within a team environment, supporting colleagues and help with the operational goals. Due to the nature of the client base, the right candidate will need to pass a 5 year background check working within the UK. 

 
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach. You will bring enthusiasm, good time management and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic warehouse enironment. Customer facing experience and a solid understanding of general warehouse processes, a vaild counterbalance and/or reach tuck licence is needed due to the operational requirements on site. Basic knowledge of WMS systems and having excellent verbal and written communication skills.
