YOUR ROLE

Design and develop logistics platform solutions by translating business requirements into warehouse layouts, capacity plans, operating models, and cost assumptions. Support the APRC logistics platforms program and CEVA Algeria Contract Logistics projects through solution design, technical studies, and operational optimization.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Design warehouse, yard and logistics platform solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.

Analyze volumes, flows and capacity needs to define infrastructure, equipment and resource requirements.

Develop operating models, cost assumptions and system requirements to support business plans.

Support project governance through technical studies, workshops and stakeholder coordination.

Provide solution design support for CEVA Algeria Contract Logistics projects, tenders and site start-ups.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• engineering degree (Master level) in industrial engineering, logistics / supply chain, or civil / mechanical engineering with a logistics specialization.
• 5 to 8 years in logistics solution design, warehouse engineering or logistics projects, including at least one greenfield warehouse or platform project from design to start-up. Background with an international logistics provider, an industrial or retail group with in-house logistics, or a logistics real estate or engineering firm.
• automotive (finished vehicles, CKD, spare parts), pharmaceuticals (GDP, cold chain) or high-tech / telecom; a combination is a plus.
• experience in Algeria is a strong advantage; international experience combined with a good knowledge of the Algerian environment is preferred.;
• warehouse layout and sizing; AutoCAD or equivalent; advanced Excel modeling; flow simulation (e.g. FlexSim, AnyLogic) is a plus; WMS knowledge; Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus; knowledge of building, fire safety and GDP requirements.
• French and Arabic mandatory (French for APRC and Group documents); professional English mandatory (CEVA deliverables and reporting).
• structured and pragmatic; able to explain technical choices clearly to non-technical stakeholders and authorities; autonomy and initiative in a project still being defined; team player in a matrix organization; integrity and confidentiality; available to travel across Algeria and occasionally to France.
