RESUMO

Analisar documentação de importação (Green light). Conferir e registrar Licença de Importação (LI/LPCO), conferir e registrar Declaração de Importação (DI/DUIMP). Analisar Catálogo de Produtos e monitorar atividade de tradução. Monitoramento de embarques (ETD/ETA, Presença, DTA, Remoção, Desova, Mapa, Entrega)

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
 

• Analisar e aprovar documentação de importação;
• Aprovar embarques de importação;
• Monitorar embarques ETD/ETA, Presença, DTA, Remoção, Desova, Mapa, Entrega;
• Conferir e registrar Licença de Importação e LPCO;
• Conferir e registrar Declaração de Importação e DUIMP;
• Digitar e elaborar rascunho de LI/DI/LPCO/DUIMP;
• Acompanhar movimentação de prazos, admissão, extinção por destruição e nacionalizações em processos atípicos de Repetro-Sped, Admissão Temporária e Exportação Temporária;
• Analisar e controlar atividades relativas ao Catálogo de Produtos, incluindo tradução e classificação feitas pelo tradutor interno;
• Suporte nas atividades operacionais;
• Controlar os documentos originais e pagamentos dos impostos federais e estaduais;
• Monitorar e instruir coleta de mercadorias no terminal e entrega na base do cliente.

REQUISITOS

• Ensino Superior Completo
• Desejável Pacote Office
• Inglês Básico e preferível intermediário
• Conhecimento em sistemas de Importação
• Conhecimento em processos Atípicos
