RESUMO

Desenvolver atividades relacionadas ao desembaraço de importaçao aérea e martíma, analisando processo, trabalhando em conjunto com as áreas financeira e operacional, garantindo a satisfação do cliente, a melhoria contínua e o desenvolvimento da empresa.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

• Analisar e Registrar DI, LI, LPCO, DUIMP, DUE;
• Conhecer e operar Admissão Temporária, Admissão Recof, Reimportação, Exportação Temporária, Repetro-Sped;
• Conhecer e operar habilitação, admissão, prorrogação, transferência, extinção por reexportação, nacionalização ou destruição especialmente referentes aos processos de Repetro-Sped;
• Conhecimento Legislação Aduaneira;
• Conhecimento desejável Sistemas Operacionais, OSGT, Ecomex, QuickComex;
• Acompanhar chegada de carga (consultar CCT/ Presença de carga);
• Solicitar liberação de house AWB e/ou BL;
• Realizar, calcular pagamento de Marinha Mercante/Suspensão;
• Consultar parametrização (canal vermelho, amarelo e verde) por meio de consulta ao Siscomex ou Portal Único;
• Enviar DI/DUIMP e documentos necessários para emissão da nota fiscal de entrada (DANFE) para o cliente;
• Acompanhar liberação e disponibilização dos documentos para transportadora;
• Acompanhar entrega da carga no cliente;
• Atualizar planilhas e relatórios pertinentes a operação: follow up, relatórios;
• Prestar atendimento ao cliente.

REQUISITOS

• Ensino Superior Completo
• Inglês Intermediário
• Pacote Office
• Conhecimento em sistemas de Importação
• Conhecimento em processos Atípicos
