RESUMO

Desenvolver atividades relacionadas ao desembaraço, trabalhando em conjunto com as áreas financeira e operacional, garantindo a satisfação do cliente, a melhoria contínua e o desenvolvimento da empresa.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
 

• Analisar e controlar atividades relativas ao Catálogo de Produtos, incluindo tradução e classificação feitas pelo tradutor interno.
• Suporte nas atividades operacionais dos analistas da área.
• Monitorar e instruir coleta de mercadorias no terminal e entrega na base do cliente.
• Monitorar averbação de DUIMP.
• Imprimir documentos como pré-alert e DANFE.
• Acompanhar a entrega da carga.
• Acompanhar chegada da carga (presença de carga) e comunicação ao analista CEVA.
• Consultar parametrização (canal vermelho, amarelo e verde) pelo Siscomex.
• Acompanhar liberação e disponibilização dos documentos para transportadora.

REQUISITOS

• Ensino Superior Completo
• Desejável Pacote Office
• Inglês Básico e preferível intermediário
• Conhecimento em sistemas de Importação
• Conhecimento em processos Atípicos
• Residir no Rio de Janeiro
