Finalité du poste

Vous assurez la mise en place, la maintenance et le support du parc informatique (sur site ou à distance). En tant que technicien confirmé, vous participez également à des projets transversaux : migrations, évolutions technologiques, déploiement de nouvelles solutions.

 


 

Missions

 

A. Support & Dépannage

  • Assurer l’assistance utilisateurs de premier niveau.
  • Diagnostiquer et dépanner les postes hardware et software (N1/N2) via prise en main à distance, téléphone ou intervention sur site.
  • Gérer les commandes de matériel et remplacer les pièces défectueuses.

B. Gestion des incidents

  • Escalader les incidents de niveau 3 (DSI locale ou centrale).
  • Assurer une communication claire et fluide avec les utilisateurs concernés.

C. Installation & Administration

  • Installer et configurer les nouveaux équipements : PC fixes/portables, smartphones, imprimantes, terminaux RF.
  • Administrer le parc informatique : inventaire, identification, gestion des rebutés et destructions.

D. Reporting & Coordination

  • Réaliser des reportings réguliers auprès du responsable hiérarchique.
  • Identifier les incidents récurrents et les besoins futurs pour anticiper la maintenance préventive.
  • Assurer le rôle de relais local pour l’informatique et remonter les projets locaux impactant l’IT.

 

Activités spécifiques – Intervention sur site

  • Déploiement de services : déménagements, reconfigurations, installations.
  • Accompagnement des prestataires intervenant sur les sites Bolloré Logistics France.
