VOTRE ROLE

Au sein de l'équipe Learning & Development, vous êtes en charge de déroulement des actions de formations en lien avec les managers pour répondre aux enjeux opérationnels. 

CE QUE VOUS ALLEZ FAIRE :

• Gestion des inscriptions des collaborateurs aux différentes formations,
• Adresser les convocations de formation,
• Gérer l’aspect logistique lié aux formations sur site (commande des plateaux repas, préparation des salles de formation…),
• Accueillir et informer les stagiaires et les formateurs sur site,
• Vérifier la conformité des dossiers de formation en s’assurant de disposer des documents de fin de stage (feuilles d'émargement, attestions de formation/certificats de réalisation) avant l’archivage des dossiers
• Suivre le bon déroulé de la facturation et relancer les organismes de formation si nécessaire

• Première expérience en assistanat, administratif ou formation

Compétences techniques :

• Maîtrise d’Excel 
• Appétence pour les outils informatiques
