YOUR ROLE
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for a specific logistics process at our site in Roosendaal. In this leadership role, you and your international team continuously look for ways to optimize work processes, while focusing on the highest levels of quality and productivity. You are able to take your team to the next level. In addition, you have a keen eye for irregularities or deviations within the processes you know from A to Z and initiate improvements in coordination with the Operations Manager.

Your team consists of several Assistant Supervisors, with whom you manage the operational employees responsible for the daily activities. Every day, you work together in an informal, lean and dynamic environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a Warehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

• Organizing and managing your team to ensure that the required safety standards, quality levels and productivity targets are achieved;
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring warehouse activities to ensure the highest possible quality of service for the customer;
• Identifying deviations in productivity or quality levels;
• Continuously improving your team/department and participating in projects aimed at improving the organization and our processes;
• Reporting on the actual deployment of personnel, equipment and resources and advising the Contract Manager accordingly.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious professional who works independently and has a strong sense of responsibility. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and know how to motivate and engage a team. You are flexible in your approach and understand that different team members may require different ways of working to achieve the desired results. In addition, you are resilient under pressure and have a strong continuous improvement mindset. You understand what our customer needs and, together with your team, respond to these needs effectively. You bring the following knowledge and experience:

• MBO/HBO level of working and thinking;
• Good command of the English language;
• Several years of experience in a similar position within a logistics environment;
• Knowledge of warehousing and automated information systems;
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and processes;
• Flexibility regarding working hours, between 08:00 and 17:00.

• A competitive salary between €2.934,52 and €3.968,13, depending on your work experience and level of education;
• A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
