Responsable de identificar, captar y cerrar nuevas oportunidades comerciales para los servicios de transporte terrestre a nivel nacional. Su objetivo principal es expandir la cartera de clientes, aumentar la participación de mercado y asegurar contratos que contribuyan al crecimiento sostenible del negocio.
¿QUÉ VAS A HACER?
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio en sector terrestre.
- Ejecutar estrategias de hunting activo: llamadas, visitas en terreno, networking y búsqueda en plataformas profesionales.
- Generar reuniones comerciales con potenciales clientes y presentar el portafolio de servicios.
- Analizar tendencias del mercado chileno de transporte terrestre y movimientos de la competencia.
- Identificar sectores con alto potencial comercial y proponer estrategias de entrada.
- Monitorear tarifas de mercado, índices de demanda, disponibilidad de flota y capacidad operativa
- Presentar informes comerciales, pipeline y proyecciones de ventas.
- Otras actividades designadas por su jefe directo.
- Actuar bajo los lineamientos de los Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, de Medio Ambiente y Calidad, teniendo en cuenta las siguientes premisas: Conocer y controlar los riesgos; Identificar peligros; Comprender aspectos e impactos ambientales, preservar el medio ambiente y evitar la contaminación.
REQUISITOS
- Titulado de Técnico en Logística, Ingeniería o estudios afín
- Conocimiento intermedio de Microsoft Excel
- Nivel de inglés intermedio tanto hablado como escrito
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cargos similares
- Conocimiento en Incoterms
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y procedimientos
