RESUMO

Responsável pela coordenação de embarques, relacionamento com o cliente, na trativa de embarques de importação e exportação.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

• Emitir documentos de comércio exterior, invoice, packing list
• Conferir e aprovação de documentos, invoice, packing list, BL, CRT
• Contatar despachante, acompanhamento do desembaraço de importação e exportação.
• Contatar transportadoras para agendamento de coletas.
• Atualizar sistema, emissão de relatórios operacionais e de performance como KPIs.
• Executar outras atividades inerentes e correlatas ao cargo.

REQUISITOS

• Graduação em Comércio Exterior, Negócios internacionais, Administração.
• Inglês Intermediário
• Conhecimentos das rotinas e documentos do comércio exterior
• Experiências em empresas de grande e médio porte com importação e exportação na América Latina nos modais Aéreo, Rodoviário e terrestre.
• Será um diferencial o conhecimento do comércio exterior na América Latina
