We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our Jundiaí unit. This role is essential to Human Resources within the Logistics business unit, focusing on providing comprehensive HR support and fostering strong partnerships across the organization.
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives and programs that align with both business objectives and employee needs. You will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient HR operations and contribute to building a positive organizational culture that encourages growth, collaboration, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Assist in the execution of recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate coordination and onboarding activities.
Support employee relations by answering questions, facilitating communication, and promoting an environment of mutual respect and understanding. Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, in accordance with legal and company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR projects, such as training, performance management processes, and engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and analyses to support decision-making and improve HR service delivery.
Contribute to compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, staying informed about relevant legal updates affecting HR practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in an HR administrative role or similar, ideally in logistics or related sectors.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, coupled with meticulous and methodical work habits.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders in a professional and accessible manner.
Proficiency in HR information systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
Knowledge of Brazilian labor law and HR best practices is an advantage.
