We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team at CEVA Logistics Limitada. This key role within our Warehouse Area Management department plays a vital part in driving operational excellence across our logistics services and ensuring seamless, efficient warehouse operations at our Jundiai-Multi User facility.

Role Overview:
As Logistics Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities with a focus on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. You will supervise and guide a diverse team, coordinate resources, and ensure performance targets are consistently achieved. Your leadership will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations including inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, order fulfilment, and quality control to meet company and client requirements.
• Implement and monitor operational standards and procedures in line with CEVA’s operational excellence framework.
• Drive process improvements and cost optimisation initiatives within the logistics operations through data analysis, team collaboration, and technology leverage.
• Manage and motivate a diverse team by promoting a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental regulations, conducting regular risk assessments and safety audits to maintain a secure workplace.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as transportation, customer service, and quality assurance to streamline operations and resolve any issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports, analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Support the development and training of team members to build capabilities aligned with evolving business needs.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in logistics or warehouse operations supervision, preferably within contract logistics or third-party logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with an analytical mindset to drive continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills in English and Portuguese to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation.
• Commitment to uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance.
• Proficiency with logistics technology tools and Microsoft Office suite.
