POSITION OVERVIEW
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints. This role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful implementation of IT solutions that align with business objectives. The position involves managing the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure, while maintaining high standards of quality and risk management.

REQUERIMENTS
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- ITIL Foundation certification desirable
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration
- Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello)
- Knowledge of various project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid approaches)
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of IT project management experience
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects
- Experience managing budgets of $500K+ and teams of 10+ members
- Background in software implementation, infrastructure upgrades, or digital transformation projects
- Experience working in regulated industries preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Additional certifications in specific technologies (Cloud platforms, ERP systems, etc.)
- Experience with enterprise software implementations
- Background in change management and organizational transformation
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
- Experience in multinational or matrix organizations
- Location: Reside in São Paulo, Jundiaí, or surrounding areas.
