IT Support Analyst
Summary
Responsible for providing support to complex systems that sustain the organization’s business processes, leveraging all available technological resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Matrix WMS (Blue Yonder) systems.
- Perform technical specifications for process improvements.
- Map and validate logistics processes.
- Conduct training sessions for resources and end-users.
- Collaborate with various CEVA teams and internal/external clients to gather requirements, provide data, and design solutions.
- Document complete solutions for delivery to the Global team.
- Follow all appropriate change control processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the IT department, providing next-level assistance/support for the application support team.
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve resilience, reliability, and efficiency of products.
- Execute other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with WMS systems (preferably Blue Yonder).
- Strong SQL skills for data queries and troubleshooting.
- Basic programming logic and scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- EDI technologies (Electronic Data Interchange) understanding.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Knowledge of network fundamentals and system integrations.
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Ability to analyze and resolve system performance issues.
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in logistics operations support.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
