Your role
Are you ready to take ownership of CEVA’s business relationships with top strategic Customer within our Industrial Sector across Europe? We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to lead, grow, and manage key accounts, driving success across all business lines—Air, Ocean, Ground, Contract Logistics as well as project/ value solutions.
What are you going to do?
- You own and lead a selected book of business of top defined Industrial Accounts within Europe.
- Set a strategy and growth ambition which needs to be closely align with your global peers in other Regions for a common goal.
- Build and expand relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across Global Industrial organizations.
- Negotiate major contracts and constantly identify opportunities for business growth and additional values.
- Drive account profitability, manage P&L responsibilities and ensure a constant alignment with customer and CEVAs growths ambition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and virtual teams to deliver seamless, innovative supply chain solutions.
- Be the go-to expert in Industrial solutions and supply chain for your customers.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven track record (5+ years) in international account management, with experience leading multicultural virtual teams.
- Expertise in supply chain, logistics, and the Industrial industry.
- Advanced negotiation, communication and analytical skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent knowledge on core logistic products (Air/Ocean/Ground&Rail/Contract Logistics).
- Fluent in English and a strong cultural awareness. As a Global Logistic company beside English, French or Spanish is a big plus in our company.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
