직무 개요

Business Process Excellence Administrator Korea 역할은 서울 본사에서 근무하며, 국경을 초월한 항공 및 해상 물류 분야에서 프로세스 개선과 거버넌스 강화를 담당합니다. 이 직무는 조직 내 업무 효율성 극대화를 목표로 하여, 업무 프로세스 분석부터 관리, 개선 이니셔티브 실행까지 다방면에서 핵심적 역할을 수행합니다. 업무 추진 과정에서 여러 부서와 긴밀히 협력하며, CEVA Logistics Korea의 경쟁력 향상에 기여하는 중요한 위치입니다.

주요 업무 및 책임

• 현행 업무 프로세스 분석 및 성과 측정 지표(KPI) 개발 지원
• 프로세스 개선 프로젝트 기획 및 실행, 관련 데이터 수집과 보고서 작성
• 거버넌스 정책 및 표준 운영 절차(SOP)의 지속적 검토 및 갱신 관리
• 내부 감사 및 컴플라이언스 대응 지원
• 부서 간 조율 및 커뮤니케이션을 통해 변경 관리 프로세스 원활히 진행
• 최신 물류 산업 동향 및 우수 사례 연구 및 적용
• 시스템 도구 및 디지털 플랫폼 활용하여 프로세스 자동화 및 최적화 지원

자격 요건

• 4년제 대학 이상 학력 소지자 (경영, 물류, 산업공학 등 관련 전공 우대)
• 물류 및 공급망 프로세스에 대한 이해와 경험 보유자 선호
• 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(BPM), 개선 방법론(Lean, Six Sigma 등) 경험자 우대
• 뛰어난 문제 해결능력과 논리적 사고 능력
• 우수한 문서 작성 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 한국어 및 영어로 원활한 의사소통 가능자
• Microsoft Office, 데이터 분석 도구 활용 능력

• 국제 물류 환경 경험자
• 프로젝트 관리 경험
• ERP 및 프로세스 관련 시스템 사용 경험
• 협업과 다양성 존중 문화를 이해하고 실천하는 인재
