CEVA Korea Co., Ltd., a leading provider in global logistics solutions specialising in air and ocean freight, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our Business Development division in Seoul. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations between our sales teams and customers, facilitating efficient and responsive service within a dynamic industry environment.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be the backbone of our Customer Sales Support department, providing crucial administrative and operational support to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction. Your meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including the preparation of sales documentation, quotations, and contract management.
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of enquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, and customer interactions using company CRM and other relevant systems.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Facilitate the processing of customer orders from initiation to delivery, liaising closely with logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Support compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards relevant to logistics operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimising sales support processes and enhancing customer experience.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, adept at working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Previous experience within logistics, freight forwarding, or related sales support functions will be advantageous.
- Problem-solving mindset with an acute attention to detail and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural and inclusive environment.
