YOUR ROLE

 

Primary purpose of the role

  • Develop the following sub-products in Ground and Rail - LTL & Last mile network, inbound & outbound, forwarding.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with Field sales customers, identify sales opportunity and obtain more business to achieve sales target with good teamwork spirit

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Explore new business opportunities and generate sales leads, formulate business solution per the account requirements
  • Develop local transportation, Cross border and Railway effectively in proper period.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive for success on business tenders and collect reference business intelligence for revaluation.
  • Assist Business Development Manager to implement all affairs related to business maintain and growth, providing professional sales performance report and marketing trend analysis at a certain period.
  • Input into C-VIEW and address customer's inquiries and concerns immediately.
  • Interface and communicate with all related products and departments to set SOP to ensure smooth operation to minimize customer's complaint or service issues. For any service failure occurred, timely response and report will be taken to lessen the impact.
  • Be responsible to push AR collection
  • Have good sense to identify sales opportunity, conduct sales calls and customer visits within the assigned territory through conversion, retention and penetration activities to gain more business.
  • Refer to the yearly announced "Sales Incentive Plan" to strictly follow up the principle to meet the minimum sales quota and the set KPI in a required period.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent working knowledge of key Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Good networking skills and personal judgement
  • Performance-focused and able to motivate him / herself to achieve service excellence
  • Sharp time management skills
  • Excellent communication with different functions and levels of staff
  • Mature, sincere and communicative personality with ability to handle people at all levels respectively
  • Good adaptability reacts and adjusts positively to various work situations and a flexible approach to resolving challenges
  • Good interpersonal skills,
  • able to communicate well with both internal and external parties

  • Ability to independently work under pressure and self-motivated to complete quality deliverables by deadline
